About Mark
I’m an over-imaginative middle-aged husband, father of three, and lifelong lover of stories. Maybe the lack of time to do anything physical is where I got the itch? My time in the army? Traveling the world? Teaching kids history? I honestly don’t know. What I do know is that I love stories. The more depth, the better. Why read boring fiction based in reality when you can be a flame-wielding battle-mage riding the back of a dragon? I’ve never really understood normal people.
I hope you find some enjoyment in the stories here. Better yet, I hope you lose a little sleep because you couldn’t resist reading the next page.

Why I write
Outside of writing I’ve held many positions in life. Soldier, Travel advisor, Teacher. I’ve worn many hats. What’s great about writing is that I can figuratively always put on a new one. Who knows what I’ll be tomorrow?
The point is, I love discovering the distant destinations of my mind. Where can they lead? What clever ways can I get there? Who will I meet? And at what point will they cart me off to an asylum?
